Return Policy

If your item is defective, please Email us at Info@slowdowndolls.com Your satisfaction is our goal! If there is a manufacturing defect on one of our products. Email within 72 hours of receipt to report the defect and initiate your return or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and include all packaged accessories. We will refund the return postage charges only if the return is due to our error. After 30 days, we can offer a merchandise credit for the price of the product on the invoice. NO returns may be made on any opened product that has been altered or used after shipment. Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of shipment. If a material defect is discovered outside of the 30 window, please email us to discuss the issue. Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return.
